Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within several business days.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
